Bouncy Castles - Frequently Asked Questions

Our Bouncy Castle Hire is available across Bolton, Bury and Manchester.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. We are covered by £5 million Public Liability Insurance.

If you are hiring a bouncy castle at a venue such as a pub, club, school or nursery, the venue may request proof of insurance. We are happy to provide all relevant documentation upon request.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

Heavy rain and strong winds can create safety risks for bouncy castles.

We do not operate in wind gusts exceeding 24mph, in line with safety guidelines.

As forecasts are often inaccurate, we assess weather conditions on the day of your booking. If conditions are unsafe, we will contact you immediately.

Any deposits paid can be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.

Are your castles safe?

Safety is our highest priority.

All inflatables are:

• Secured correctly using appropriate anchoring methods
• Fully site-assessed before setup
• Supplied with clear safety guidance to the responsible adult

All of our inflatables hold valid PIPA certificates and are tested annually in line with UK safety standards. The PIPA inspection scheme is recognised by the HSE.
For more information, please visit: https://www.pipa.org.uk

We remain contactable throughout your hire period should you have any questions.

How much space is required?

Space requirements vary depending on the inflatable selected.

Each bouncy castle listing clearly states the exact dimensions and the minimum space required for safe setup.

If you are unsure whether a castle will fit in your garden or venue, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Can a castle be set up on a hard surface such as a car park?

In some cases, yes.

We can install on certain hard surfaces where we are able to drill into the ground and secure the inflatable using specialist anchor bolts (thunderbolts).

This option is not suitable for all surfaces and cannot be used on patios or block paving.

There is an additional charge of £20 for hard surface installations.

In some cases, we may also be able to secure the inflatable to suitable fixed structures such as lampposts, fences or secure ground areas (e.g. flowerbeds). Each location is assessed individually.

If you are unsure whether your surface is suitable, please send us a few photos and we can usually advise remotely. If needed, we are happy to carry out a site visit prior to booking.

Are your bouncy castles clean?

Yes. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between hires.

We take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Can you recommend an indoor venue suitable for a bouncy castle?

Yes. We have put together a list of venues we have previously supplied with bouncy castles.

Please see our venue list for suggestions.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to amend or cancel a booking.

If notice is given more than 72 hours before delivery, deposits can be refunded or transferred to a future booking.

If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Do I need to know anything else before booking?

We strongly recommend reading our Terms & Conditions and Rules & Guidelines before booking.

These will also be emailed to you at the time of confirmation.
